    Welcome to the HURGEY delivery service’s driver application.

    In order to provide you with the necessary information for your comfortable use of our app, as well as to prevent any possible risks and misunderstandings, these General Terms of Service, related procedures and instructions have been issued, so please take the time to familiarize yourself with them.

    Please note that by visiting hurgey application, hurgey.mn website and using any information or services, you agree to the terms of service and are obligated to comply with the terms.

    We have created this policy to make our services more accessible and secure, to keep your personal information private and confidential, and we are committed to constantly improving it. We have no obligation to provide advance notice of amendments or changes to this policy, and the revised policy will be effective on the date of the change or the "Last Updated" date specified in the system. If you use the page after this date, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated rules. Therefore, please check regularly to see if the regulations are updated.

    The HURGEY app and hurgey.com website and its services are intended for adults who have the legal capacity to be responsible before the law, so parents and guardians are responsible for any billing or other risks incurred by your child 16 years of age or younger due to the use of this website.



    1. Membership

    1.1. All users have free access to the information posted on our app, and in order to order and purchase use the app, and to pick up any delivery, it is necessary to sign up and sign in as a member. 

    1.2. In order to use the hurgey application, in addition to accepting these terms of service, you should complete 2 step registration through our application. 

    1.3. Register as a user by correctly entering your username, password, e-mail address and phone number  and other required questions in the "Register" field of the app.  The member's name does not contain insulting or offensive language. 

    1.4. Your member name and password are for your personal use only and may not be shared, used or sold.

    1.5. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your member name, password, and any activity (including delivery addresses and other relevant information) performed under your authority.

    1.6. If the confidentiality of your membership has been breached or suspicious activity has occurred under your authority, you should immediately change your password and contact us immediately in writing (contacts@hurgey.com) or by phone (+976-8889-6856).

    1.7. We will restrict your membership and related personal data or previous purchase data from our database as soon as possible under the following conditions:

    • 1.7.1. When our operations stop and user data is no longer used;
    • 1.7.2. If a third-party application requests data deletion to protect their user rights;
    • 1.7.3. If the user has requested to delete his/her data, or has stopped receiving services from us under the right of membership;
    • 1.7.4. If there is a need to delete data in accordance with the procedure related to the User's rights of the third-party application.

    1.8. The user shall send a request for user restriction of personal information and membership rights under the terms of clause 1.7.3 to contacts@hurgey.com.

    1.9. In case of data deletion under the conditions specified in section 1.7 of this regulation, the user's data will be deleted 14 days after the last match or event depending on the duration of the purchased match or event.

    1.10. Hurgey app and hurgey.com website protects the interests of its users with the most modern standards and technological solutions, so the user trusts that you will cooperate with us by following this procedure and the related Privacy Policy and Payment Terms.



    2. Code of ethics

    By using the HURGEY application, you undertake to adhere to the following ethical norms in accordance with the Civil Code of Mongolia, the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights and other relevant laws and regulations.

    2.1. Respect the rights and interests of other users;

    2.2. Users use the app and website, its information and services only in accordance with the law and for permitted purposes;

    2.3. Not to mislead users by using the name of our organization or employees;

    2.4. Content that is prohibited by law, fraudulent, defamatory, offensive, or violates intellectual property rights.
